By using LabelClear (labelclear.com), you agree to these terms. Please read them — the disclaimer in the "No legal advice" section is important.
What the service is
LabelClear generates label-requirement checklists and label text for candle and cosmetic products from published U.S. rule data (e.g. ASTM F2058, FPLA, FDA 21 CFR 701, MoCRA, California Proposition 65). The free check returns a requirements checklist and a watermarked preview. A one-time $24 purchase unlocks the full print-ready copy, a copy-paste text block, and a PDF.
No legal advice
LabelClear is informational only and is not legal advice. We are not your attorney and using the service does not create an attorney–client relationship. Regulations change and depend on your specific product, ingredients, and where you sell. You are responsible for verifying every requirement against the current governing standard before printing or selling. When in doubt, consult a qualified attorney or regulatory professional.
Payment, delivery & refunds
Purchases are one-time and processed by Stripe. Because the product is delivered instantly as digital content, sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your order or it didn't deliver, email orders@labelclear.com and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Use the generated text for your own products' labels. Don't resell or redistribute the service's output as a competing product, and don't misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including that any output will be complete, current, or accepted by any regulator or marketplace. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabelClear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
